Why This Journey Matters

This isn’t just a business story — it’s about resilience, family legacy, and turning a setback into something meaningful. Inspired by my mother’s Thai-Chinese restaurant journey as a widow raising seven children, we’re bringing warm hospitality and fresh energy to Boynton Beach while honoring everything that made Sawa special for 16 years.
