Month 4: Offer Accepted — A Legacy Coming Full Circle

The offer has been accepted. After months of research, due diligence, and late-night conversations with my husband M, we are officially moving forward with purchasing the hibachi steakhouse, sushi bar, and Thai restaurant in Boynton Beach.

This moment feels deeply personal. Growing up helping my mom run her Thai-Chinese restaurants, watching her build something from nothing after losing my father — it all comes full circle now. Both of my sons are in the food and beverage industry, and the possibility of my hibachi chef son Colin joining us makes this even more meaningful.
